Shipping & Returns

We aim for your complete satisfaction. If not, please let us know upon receipt of your goods so that we can evaluate how we can respond to your request.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER.

Upon receipt of your order, make sure that the product received is the one you ordered. Unpack your product with care while meticulously preserving its packaging. Ensure the physical integrity of the product and for any manufacturing defects. In case
anomalies, we invite you to communicate with us without delay by email at
ymassa31@gmail.com or y.routhier@hotmail.com.

You have up to 30 days after receipt of your order to return it. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging. The packaging must be intact. Please note that delivery  and transportion costs for returns are non-refundable.

RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURES.
● Return of goods. Contact us for instructions and a return number for your merchandise. Note that return guidelines vary from one region to another.
● Refund. Once we have received and verified your merchandise, we will refund the price paid for the returned item(s).
 

RE-STOCKING FEE

● A 10% restocking fee is applicable to all returned items.

● If a return of goods is necessary following a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, no recovery costs will be charged and the costs of transport will be absorbed by YVES & CIE.

EXCHANGE.

It is possible to exchange your product. The price difference price will then be charged or credited, as the case may be. The customer will be responsible for the transportation cost for the return and the resend.
EXCLUSIONS.

No returns are accepted for goods that have been negligently handled, used, disassembled, modified or altered in any way such that the resale of the goods as being in new condition is
compromised.
